  • $25.00 per four(4)-hour time slot, with NAAA Membership.

By submitting the above booking form to rent the Nashua Area Artists’ Association Art Hub workshop space (herein after referred to as the “Workshop”) you, the undersigned (herein referred to as the “Renter”), hereby state that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment: Renter will provide full payment for all reservations of the workshop space in US funds. Payment is due within seven (7) days after confirmation of rental. Payment can be sent by mailing a check to the Nashua Area Artists’ Association P.O. Box as listed above after receiving the confirmation email from the Nashua Area Artists’ Association. Within said email, there is an option to send in payment via PayPal with a $5.00 transaction fee. A cancellation fee of 25% of original payment will apply unless notice of cancellation is made at least seven (7) days before Renter’s reservation date. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. The Nashua Area Artists’ Association reserves the right to refuse reservations at its sole discretion. Renters with NAAA Membership shall pay the Nashua Area Artists’ Association $25 for every four (4) hour rental time, nonmember Renters shall pay $45 for every four (4) hour rental time.

Length of Use: Four (4) hour minimum rental. Cleanup must be completed by the end of the rental period. Renter will return the Workshop to the state it was prior to the rental period. The Nashua Area Artists’ Association does not guarantee that the studio will be available should the Renter go past their booked time.

Terms of Use: Use of our Workshop is at Renter’s own risk. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the Workshop and adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renters are solely responsible for any legal infractions Renter or members of Renter’s party make during their time on the premises, be they in our space or elsewhere on the grounds. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the renter’s use of the space, taken at whatever time. Renter agrees to hold harmless the Nashua Area Artists’ Association, its Executive Board Members, members, and representatives acting on its behalf for any loss, accident, or injury to Renter’s self or anyone who accompanies Renter while on our premises. Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on our premises. Renters are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any party Renter engages. Renter understands that if the Nashua Area Artists’ Association observes dangerous, pornographic, or negligent practices or activities the Nashua Area Artists’ Association reserves the right to stop the session and require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately — HOWEVER, Nashua Area Artists’ Association assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Renter agrees to hold the Nashua Area Artists’ Association , its Executive Board members, members, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of the Nashua Area Artists’ Association completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Renter’s conduct. Renters are solely responsible for verifying that all persons employed during Renter’s rental period are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. The Nashua Area Artists’ Association has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter’s activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on-going.

Equipment: The Nashua Area Artists’ Association does not agree to provide specialized equipment or materials. The Renter is responsible for providing all materials and equipment suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Nashua Area Artists’ Association is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the session, such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, the Nashua Area Artists’ Association will refund a prorated portion of Renter’s payment.

Miscellany: This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding and agreement between the Renter and the Nashua Area Artists’ Association. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any waiver of a breach or default hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver of a subsequent breach or default of either the same provision or any other provision of this Agreement. The laws of the State of New Hampshire shall govern this Agreement. The parties have read both this entire Agreement, agree to all its terms, and acknowledge receipt of a complete copy of the Agreement signed by both parties. Each Renter shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Damage: Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage or theft to Company’s property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or his or her party occupies the Premises. Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces. Any item within the Workshop inventory found missing after the rental period will result in replacement cost being assessed to the Renter.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. If evidence of smoking to include scent exists inside any building a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to the Renter.

Children: All children must be supervised at all times.

Flame, Fire or Pyrotechnics: Open flame, fire and pyrotechnics are prohibited at all times inside the facility and within the grounds of the Workshop.

Renter responsibility: The Renter is responsible for all activities of Renters Party brought into the studio or premises and any infraction to this agreement to include any fee assessment.
